Thrown into a trash can on the side the road A shifty murder in the dark of the night Ten minutes left before your brain starts to fade Ten minutes more before your thoughts obliterate Getting lost in the haze Grown up in the dust of an old hierarchy Made you believe you are misfit in their society And made you run into the arms of the city Where you continue to be An outcast in their eyes An outcast in their eyes Unheard voices they scream out loud Unheard voices they scream proud Unheard voices they scream out loud Unheard voices they scream out Denial and neglect, loss and tragedy Contempt was the breeding ground for you own misery Emphasize the nature of desire To build your own family Unconditionally Unconditionally Unheard voices they scream out loud Unheard voices they scream proud Unheard voices they scream out loud Unheard voices they scream out An independent roaming soul In one second, it’s all gone A burning heart, the remedy To cure the broken around you Buried deep into the sea Drowning into the sea Finally, you are free Unheard voices they scream out loud Unheard voices they scream proud Unheard voices they scream out loud Unheard voices they scream out They scream out They screm out loud

Crawling through the streets of the night I guess I’m ready to go on Just one last drink before I’m home Another round of cheers, another bar If only it remains The haze, the dizziness of my mind (the) desire to be fed the pain of the world Compressed in thriving hours of excess (And I am ready to) lose my mind Will you take me out tonight Will this feeling be the light Will this fire burn bright into the dark Of my restless soul Growing old never seem to bother me at all But now I flip through my cell phone And watch the photographs and memories Of the crazy nights Surrounded by the beauty of this life No friction, no fright, no worries, no decline Only time What I am going to do with time? Will you take me out tonight Will this feeling be the light Will this fire burning bright into the dark Of my restless soul If only one last sip of this drink here Might solve the crisis I am in for Unravel my mind of disturbance Distress I’m hoping to escape from Will you take me out tonight Will this feeling be the light Will this fire burning bright into the dark Of my restless soul my restless soul my restless soul

You grew up in the backstreets of misery with a sparkle in your heart Used to roam on the streets being a lower thief fighting to survive With a talent gifted by the gods the belief in your own will working hard to get out this agony heading out for the world But in times like these you ask yourself what it's like on the other side if only you could turn the page again When you danced on the screens, another pirouette invincible to the bone untouchable for the living man bigger than life you were Celebrated, glorified sadness in your eyes In a heartbeat defeat you were sacrificed from the top of the world But in times like these you ask yourself what it's like on the other side if only you could turn the page again Carry on, oh carry on carry on, carry on Carry on, oh carry on, carry on carry on, oh carry on Carry on the torch lit by the stars Carry on the weight Lose yourself in drugs and fantasies Die for peoples' dreams Live on in peoples' dreams But in times like these you ask yourself what it's like on the other side if only you could turn the page again if only you could turn the page again if only you could turn the page again

Colorbooks are made to fill the gaps within the lines if you break the rules you may be asked to start another site try again As many times as you have tried as many times you've failed to understand what you've been asked try harder to fit in try again No success in fitting in, achievements far away you ask for guidance and a helping hand to stay with you You may found God but God has left so you have turned to right fighting hard raising a flag to praise your unique state of mind but try again It's hatred that you spread because it's hatred you've received even when the only warming thing is love that you will need so try again No success in fitting in, achievements far away You ask for guidance and a helping hand to stay In ecstasy you may believe the world is upside down Follow leaders, idealize and yell your rebel songs But come on and try again Accused of lies you draw the line and build a cave to hide inside the hideous monster you've created, violence oh try again Conspiracies, rage increased, gathered zombies filled the streets Consideration long abandoned, love yourself oh try again No success in fitting in, achievements far away you ask for guidance and a helping hand to stay In ecstasy you may believe the world is upside down Follow leaders, idealize and yell your rebel songs But come on and try again So come on and try again Follow leaders, idealize and yell your rebel songs Follow leaders, idealize and yell your rebel songs Follow leaders, idealize and yell your rebel songs But come on and try again Come on and try again Come on and try again Come on and try again

about

"Folk On Wheels" is a video series produced by EgoTherapie (aka Lee). This live session was shot in Nuremberg at the restaurant Dürrer Hase on March 16th, 2023. The original idea of recording just one song was dismissed and we decided to film a small set, including the premiere of a brand new song.

1. Unheard Voices
2. If Only It Remains
3. Backstreets
